Hi, I’m Jade, a 26-year-old small business owner based in Adelaide, South Australia, and the creative heart behind Jade’s Craft & Gift Creations.
My love for crafting began long before this business existed—colouring, painting, scrapbooking, and making handmade pieces have always been my happy place. When I started using my Cricut to design personalised items for my family and friends, I realised I could turn my passion into something more meaningful. That’s when Jade’s Craft & Gift Creations was born.

All custom and wholesale orders have a 1–2 week turnaround time.
I ship Australia-wide and proudly offer free local pickup in Adelaide.

Reasons for Return
Damaged or faulty item:
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please email us with clear photo evidence. You may choose a full refund or have the item repaired and sent back to you at no extra cost.
Change of mind:
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in unused condition, and return postage is at your expense.
